Our digital banking platform now allows you to customize your dashboard. This allows you to see what you need at a glance. This video will demonstrate some of the simple changes that you can make that can have a big impact on your overall experience.

Our digital banking platform allows you to schedule transfers or simply make a one time transfer to accounts outside of our system. This can be convenient for members who have accounts with other financial institutions. The added benefit with our new Digital Banking platform is that you can schedule a transfer out in advance or even make the transfer recurring. Please follow the steps in this video to setup external transfers. (The micro deposits will occur on your external account if you do not see these micro deposits happen within 72 hours please reach out for help. Our Digital Banking platform allows you to schedule one time or recurring transfers to members inside the credit union. The process is a little different than we have had in the past but this video will take you through the step by step process.

Bill Pay provides you with the opportunity to automatically pay your bills by scheduling them out in advance. Our membership has had access to this in the past but the interface has changed. Here is a demonstration of how to use the new and improved Bill Pay.

Mobile deposit allows you to safely deposit checks into your account from the FWCCU app. This additional feature will save you a trip to your local branch. All you have to do is allow the app to access your camera. Follow the steps in this video to start depositing checks remotely today!
