Consumer Loan Manager: This position is responsible for administering and supervising the Consumer Loan Department while assisting members with their consumer lending needs. Responsibilities include interviewing, underwriting, approving, and closing loans in accordance with credit union policies and procedures, as well as overseeing department staff, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting team development. This role monitors loan portfolio performance, including delinquency, compliance, and required reporting, and works directly with members as needed to resolve delinquent accounts. The Consumer Loan Manager evaluates and improves loan products, processes, and procedures, collaborates with marketing on loan promotions, and coordinates training and education for staff. Requires three to five years of similar or related lending experience and a two-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a proven track record in consumer lending, strong communication and supervisory skills, and a working knowledge of lending regulations and standard office software. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to build relationships with both members and staff. This position is based on-site at our Montgomery St. Branch and is not eligible for remote work. New opening as of 3/30/26.
