Member Service Representative - Front Desk: This position is responsible for  greeting and assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs; explains services, respond to problems, and direct members to the appropriate people. Acts as a backup and support for the other Member Service Reps. Six months or more of similar or related experience and/or education is desired; a high-school education or GED is required. Telephone etiquette, courtesy, tact, diplomacy, computer skills, and customer service are all skills that are necessary to be successful in this position. New opening as of: 3/5/24

Teller: This position is responsible for handling cash and performing services that include processing deposits, withdrawals by cash and check, transfers of funds, and processing of loan payments with prompt, efficient and accurate service.  Minimum of six months cash handling experience preferred and the ability to handle high pressure and a high transaction volume is essential. Should possess good organization skills, attention to details, great customer service, a flexible schedule, and have the ability to cross-sell. Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or the equivalent. New Opening as of: 3/5/24
