EZ-Tel is Fort Worth City Credit Union’s automated telephone service that is accessible 24/7 from any phone. This free service allows you to handle many of your financial transactions with a simple phone call. It’s convenient, safe, and free. All transactions that can be performed through EZ-Tel can also be done through digital banking and the free mobile app.

EZ-Tel is access by dialing 817-377-7979 or 1-888-732-3085. Members calling EZ-Tel for the first time will be prompted to enter your member number and the primary account holder’s Social Security number. EZ-Tel will verify this information, then ask you to change your access code. Changing this code does not affect your VISA debit card PIN or your digital banking password. Only one access code can be set per member number. Be sure to make your access code a secure number.

Simply listen carefully and follow the prompts using your keypad or voice, and you will be able to easily navigate the system.

VISA Gift Cards

Give the gift that lets them buy what they really want! Our VISA gift cards fit everyone’s personality, size, and interests.

Our VISA gift cards come in several styles that fit any occasion. And each card comes with a 7-year expiration date that gives the recipient plenty of time to use it wherever VISA debt cards are accepted. Unlike a gift certificate for a specific store, VISA gift cards can be used at millions of merchants around the neighborhood or around the world.

They’re as easy to get, as they are to give. To purchase a VISA gift card, visit the tellers in the Montgomery St. main lobby.

Cards can be loaded with amounts ranging from $10.00 up to $500.00. Cards are not reloadable. There is a $3.50 fee to purchase a gift card.

Coin Counting Machine

We offer a self-service coin counting machine in the Montgomery St. main lobby so you can run your own loose coin. You do not have to roll your own coin or wait for a teller to run your change. The self-service machine is located just around the corner from the information desk.

Self-Service Coin Counter Service Fee:

  • FWCCU Members: 3% of deposit

  • Non-members: 10% of deposit

Just follow the instructions on the screen to turn your coin into cash.
