Annuity Basics Lunch & Learn - Tuesday, July 24, 2018 @ 11:30 - 12:30 pm

With each year, more baby boomers turn age 65 and face a retirement that may last 30 years or longer. But many of these new retirees will have to provide their own retirement income as fewer retirees have a traditional pension plan they can depend on as a source of income.

If you are interested in an interactive learning session which will help you learn more about the different types of annuities commonly used today, make plans now to attend our FREE Annuity Basics Lunch & Learn Seminar for members, to be held at Fort Worth City Credit Union on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 from 11:30am - 12:30pm. Lunch will be provided.

Attendees of this Annuity Basics Seminar will learn:

 - What an annuity is and how it can provide you with supplemental retirement income beyond traditional retirement sources such as IRAs, and 401(k)s
 - The key features of immediate vs. deferred annuities and fixed vs. variable annuities
 - How to put money into and take money out of an annuity
 - The different types of payout options and factors affecting payouts

To register, contact Terrie Johnson at 817.377.7936 or email her at tjohnson@fwccu.org. Seating is limited, and registration is required, so make your reservations today. This class will be held in the meeting room at Fort Worth City Credit Union, 2309 Montgomery Street.  Lunch will be provided for all attendees that RSVP in advance. Dates may be subject to change.
