Online Banking

This is a FREE online service to your accounts here at your credit union. You will need to know the last four digits of the primary members Social Security Number and your member number to acivate your Online Banking Service. Once activated, you have full control of your accounts: transaction history including deposits, checks,and transfers to/from accounts associated with a member's share account. An optional service is available called Bill Payment Services. By using bill payment services, you are able to pay bills electronically or by check to any company or person you choose to set up. Payments will only be processed on the date you specify for the amount you specify. Sophisticated users can schedule automatic payments for a given date each month or for a period of weeks or months. Each member's separate share account requires a separate login to access the accounts associated with their share account. Transfers between member's accounts are not allowed. You can activate your Online Banking by clicking the Login at the top of the Page and following instructions.

EZTEL...Easy Telephone Access

Call 817-377-7979 or toll free 888-732-3085 (EZTL) to access your accounts by telephone. You can check balances, checks that cleared, deposits made, and transfer funds to/from accounts associated with your base share account. Transfers between member's accounts are not allowed. You can also request a check from your account to be mailed to you. Also, deposit and loan rates can be quoted to you. For more information click here.

Wire Transfers

Our direct connection with the Federal Reserve allows us to send or receive wires to any other financial institution. The charge is $15.00 to send a wire. The member will need to have wiring instructions to wire money to the credit union: Fort Worth City Credit Union, 2309 Montgomery Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76107 Routing/Transit # 311981669 (also known as ABA#) For Credit To: Member Name and Member Number If the member wants to send a wire to another financial institution, the credit union needs to have the name, address, routing/transit number of the financial institution that will receive the wire and the name and account number of the person to receive the funds.

Western Union Wire

The member may also choose to send money using Western Union. The charge to send money using Western Union is $15.00. The member must provide : the name of the person to receive the money (exact spelling is critical), person receiving money must know exact amount of the wire and that it is coming from Southwest Corporate, person receiving money must present a picture ID at the Western Union office.

Other Electronic Services

Members may use other electronic services to deposit or withdraw funds from their accounts such as Federal Reserve ACH debits & credits, direct deposit, and City of Fort Worth payroll deduction.

Money Orders

Members may purchase money orders at the credit union for a charge of $.50 each.

Traveler's Checks

Members are not charged a fee when purchasing traveler's checks. Checks are available with one or two signatures in denominations of $20, $50, and $100. Gift checks of $25, $50, and $100 are also available.

Members may also purchase the following tickets at a discount:
