EZTel Service

Easy Telephone access to your accounts

EZTEL is fort Worth City Credit Union's easy-to-use computerized telephone service - which allows you to handle many of your financial transactions 24-hours a day, seven days a week simply by using a touch-tone telephone! It's convenient, Safe and Free.

EZTEL is your "hot line" to services offered by your credit union. There is no application fee. Just complete and return the application today.

EZTEL makes it easy for first time users of this service. The first time you call EZTEL at (817) 377-7979, you will enter your member number and the LAST 4 DIGITS of your social security number. EZTEL will verify this information then put in service code 66 to change your personal identification number (PIN).
Do not use the last 4 digits of your social security or some other easily obtained number.

EZTEL Instructions

To access information:

"Please enter your member number followed by the # sign."
"Please enter your PIN which can be 4-8 digits followed by the # sign."

After EZTEL checks your member number and PIN, choose one:

Account and loan inquiries
Payments, transfers and withdrawals
Rates, quotes, loan payment calculation
New member number or other activity

Account Numbers are:

1 Shares
2 Special Club
3 Christmas Club
5-9 IRA
11-19 Checking
21-29 CDs (Certificate of Deposits)
151-169 Loans

The following list of Service Codes will enable you to inquire, transfer, and withdraw funds differently from the choices above:
